Mr. Singh has been handling liquidation and winding up matters of companies and representing cases before judicial/quasi-judicial forums including High Courts, NCLT, NCLAT, National Consumer Commission, DRAT, DRT etc. Over the years, he has worked with IBC, 2016 in diverse roles such as litigation, liquidation, corporate advisory, winding up, BIFR etc. having acquired vast knowledge of the laws governing the above areas.
