Saumya is a graduate from Christ University, Bangalore, enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi. She has an interest in Arbitration, M&A transactions and Taxation. In her stint with litigation, she has appeared before various courts as well as NCLT while working on Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code. Additionally, she is equipped with hands on experience in drafting demand petitions, counter affidavits, legal notices and a working understanding of Legatrix – a compliance tracking portal. She has a strong acumen for capturing contracts and a keen interest in the legal set upof start-ups and technology contracts. Her work focuses on dealing with different aspects of commercial and corporate law.
